Andrew O'Halloran obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide in 1995. Andrew has completed the Advanced Insolvency Course conducted by the University of Southern Queensland and the Insolvency Practitioners' Association of Australia. Andrew joined Kelly & Co. in 1996. Andrew acts for financial institutions in all matters associated with corporate secured lending recoveries. He negotiates arrangements with financiers' customers for realisation of securities, and attends to enforcement and court proceedings when necessary. Andrew acts in insolvency matters for external administrators, including receivers, liquidators and voluntary administrators. Andrew acts in commercial disputes involving contractual issues, property and leasing issues, professional negligence issues and Corporations Act aspects. Andrew appears in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia. Andrew is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is an associate member of the Insolvency Practitioners' Association of Australia.
