Belinda is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team. Belinda specialises in media law and has advised clients in the television and newspaper industries on a range of defamation and contempt issues. Belinda also advises on intellectual property and technology commercialisation issues particularly in the areas of copyright and design, electronics and information technology. She has been involved in a number of major intellectual property infringements and misuse of confidential information and trade secrets actions. Belinda has further experience in mortgage enforcement actions and debt recovery matters, having practised in the area for many years. Belinda also has considerable commercial experience as result of her membership on a number of Boards and Panels. Belinda is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
