David Bache graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and has specialised in the area of Banking and Finance for over 25 years. David provides assistance to various banks and other financial institutions and corporate clients in all areas of banking and finance including general loan documentation and all related securities both on an individual transaction basis and the establishment of standard documents for Banking and Finance institutions. He advises in respect of consumer finance under the Consumer Credit Code, joint venture and syndicated loan documentation, project financing, leasing and hire purchase, chattel securities, motor vehicle dealer finance including bailment plans and trade agreements, securitisation of mortgages, loan workouts and reconstructions. David also assists clients delivering new finance products such as structured self managed superannuation fund loans through property custodians. He also is involved with advising clients on changes or proposed changes in various finance industry related laws including the national consumer credit legislation, the national personal property security legislation and carbon credits legislation. |
