Lachlan Andrews graduated with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) degrees from the University of Adelaide. He became a partner of Kelly & Co. in 1987 and has extensive experience in property law. Lachlan's particular areas of expertise include property development and project documentation, disposals and acquisitions of commercial, industrial and retail properties and property leasing. He has been involved in significant property transactions including high profile eco-tourism developments, industrial parks and retail centres and property joint ventures. Lachlan provides stamp duty advice to a wide range of clients including advising in relation to the unwinding of structured finance transactions, transfer of securities and land rich provisions. He has lectured at the University of South Australia in property and he is a member of the Property Council. |
