Lisa has been a member of Kelly & Co.'s Corporate & Commercial division since November 2006. Prior to joining Kelly & Co., Lisa practised in intellectual property and technology law at a large national firm in Melbourne and has previously worked in Telstra's Technology legal team. Lisa practises in the area of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial transactions and intellectual property and technology law. Lisa has substantial expertise in relation to drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including procurement and logistics agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements and software and other information technology agreements. Lisa regularly advises clients in relation to the identification, protection, licensing and enforcement of their intellectual property rights as well as compliance with trade practices and privacy legislation. Lisa has a Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Biochemistry) from Monash University. Lisa is also a registered trade mark attorney. Lisa is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand, AMPLA and is a member of the Privacy Committee of the Law Council of Australia. |
