Clare Raimondo is a Partner in Kelly & Co.'s Employment & Workplace Relations team. Clare has broad expertise in employment & workplace relations matters, having practised as a registered industrial advocate before joining the legal profession. Her work encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship, advising and representing employers on a wide range of workplace legal issues including industrial & employment, enterprise bargaining, occupational health & safety, workers compensation and discrimination matters. Her practice has both an advisory and litigious focus. Clare is a member (and former Committee Member) of the Industrial Relations Society of SA, the Australian Labour Law Association and the Women Lawyers' Association, and is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. In 2009 Clare was named as one of South Australia's leading practitioners in workplace law by the Australian Legal Business Magazine and recently Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession recommended her as a leading employment & workplace relations lawyer.
