Kelly & Co. provides advice and assistance in the full range of matters under the Competition and Consumer Act (CCA) and other competition and consumer legislation.

We provide advice to a range of clients including public and private corporations, manufacturing, primary industry and technology companies, media and communications networks, industry associations, mining and resource companies and individuals.

We liaise with the ACCC at all levels and are skilled in the development and implementation of trade practices compliance programs.

We take an active role in reform of the CCA and the review of other competition law and regulation. We are also involved in training and education in the competition law area through client and industry sessions and our involvement in organising trade practices workshops and conferences.
