Junior Administrative Assistant
Established in 1917, Kelly & Co. is a premier commercial law firm based in South Australia which provides a full range of legal services nationally and internationally.
An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our Banking, Finance and Property teams, within our Property & Financial Services Division. In this full time role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Senior Administrative Assistants and assist with their overflow of work.
Key responsibilities will include:
In order to be successful in this role, you must possess the following key skills:
1-2 years previous experience within a similar role in a law firm (previous property experience will be highly regarded);
Proficient computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office (2007/2010) suite;
Outstanding typing skills; and
Excellent grammar and punctuation.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who is quick to learn and willing to undertake any task required of them. Outstanding organisational and communication skills are essential for this role as is the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. This role will suit a junior who is technologically savvy and can pick up new systems/programs with ease.
